- Hello everyone, and thanks for stopping by :) My name is Fabio, and I'm an italian 24 years old guy. As the title gives out, one of my main interests (beside anime, mmos, and drawing) are muscles. Male muscles to be more specific. I love the male body, I can't do anything about it; I just love it. Hard, big, defined muscles are the best. Back to topic... I always thought muscles looked so good on other men's body, but now I changed this attitude and I actually want to grow myself some nice muscles. This blog has been born to track my results. I'll post here pics, measures and whatever else is needed (or you'll want to know about me). At the moment I'm looking for a job.
Hmm, yeah. This is my ideal as well - that is that I wish I could develop my own physique to that level. I'm going use this as inspiration while i go to exercise.
